| Travel Charges & Mileage |
|
| There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TRAVEL if the location of the service requested is within the city limits of Baraboo. |

| If an ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TRAVEL is required (the location of the service requested is not within
the city limits of Baraboo), the number of miles is computed using
MapQuest - simply look up the number of minutes from your home to Baraboo, WI. |
| Extra Pets |

| There will no additional charge for one extra pet (for a total of two pets); more than
two pets will be an additional $5 per pet. |

| No animals that have a record of biting will be serviced. |

| All animals that are to be walked MUST be up-to-date on all vaccinations. |
